Multilingual Information

Dear Visitors, the Main Association of Austrian Social Security Institutions regularily publishes a special edition of the journal Soziale Sicherheit (Social Security) in the summer months, containing important information on Austrian social security, the benefits provided and the current legal situation. An english version of different chapters of our current special edition can be downloaded as well as other useful information. We want to offer the international public an up-to-date insight into the Austrian social security. In this way we hope to answer some questions on the wide variety of benefits provided by our system - a very successful system, which for over hundred years has provided protection against a diversity of risks in life. It covers almost 8 million people in Austria.
