Procedure for non-insured persons

If you do not have health insurance but would like to take advantage of the free screening programme, you will first need to submit a registration form to the health insurance organisation responsible for your region or the branch responsible for your locality. This organisation will issue you with a “substitute e-card certificate” designated “Screening examination for non-insured persons”. You will need this to obtain free screening examinations.

Take your substitute e-card certificate to your doctor or to the screening centre. They will see from this that you are eligible for free screening examinations although you do not have health insurance cover.
